"This print was commissioned by Margaret Blackman and Edwin Hall as a birth announcement for their daughter, Meryn, in 1982. Blackman was adopted into Davidson's Eagle clan in 1970. The announcement depicts her Double-Headed Eagle crest with a fetal Eagle within."
