S'abadeb-Seattle Art Museum This oil dish was in use when the Reverend Eells collected it, along with the supernatural animal dish, to be displayed in the Washington State Pavilion at the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago in 1893. A Congregationalist missionary who lived among the Twana and Klallam tribes between 1874 and 1907, he acquired many of their arts for American museums.
