ON THE ROAD IMAGES
Long March Diary
A Red Guard is "on the road" at the revolutionary shrine of Yan'an. She is taking part in a "Long March." She wears an army unifrom with armband and typical shoes. You can see canteens, a book bag with a revolutionary red star, a flute for playing Cultural Revolution songs, and her pack made from a quilt. Poster by artist Chen Yanning.
