Putnam Endowment for Ethnology Collections
The museum's curators and staff feel very strongly that it is time to publicly pay tribute to John's tremendous contribution to the Burke by creating an endowment in his name that will provide the Ethnology division with financial resources far into the future. Thanks to the generosity of a few longtime supporters, we already have over $36,000 in gifts and pledges. $50,000 is required to start an endowment. John is enthusiastic about the establishment of this endowment.
