John Putnam, Collector, Colleague and Friend

   Collector, scholar, supporter, photographer, and enduring friend, John Putnam has long been an inspiration to those who work with him. For nearly twenty years, he has had a second career at the Burke Museum, and we have benefited greatly from his generosity. Putnam started working at the Burke as a volunteer photographer and has become a Curatorial Associate, major donor, and beloved colleague.
