What to expect during your visit
Are masks required?
We continue to welcome and recommend mask wearing for the protection of the most vulnerable members of our community.

Pre-purchased, online tickets are encouraged. A limited number of walk-up tickets are available on a first come, first-served basis as space allows. Book your ticket in advance to visit at your ideal time and skip the line on busy days like weekends and Free First Thursdays! You can arrive at any time during the hour of your reserved time slot.
Reserve your ticket online today or call 206.543.7907.
We encourage you to maintain physical distancing when possible.
Additional cleaning is in place throughout the day with an emphasis on high-traffic areas like restrooms, railings, door handles, and elevators.
Hand sanitizer is available at the admission desk, lower lobby, and other areas throughout the building.
