The taxonomic diversity of the IKIP Limnephilidae holdings currently consists of 22 species in 12 genera. A check-list of these taxa, arranged alphabetically, is provided below and the islands on which they were collected, from south to north, is given in brackets (the islands are designated by two-letter Island Codes). All determinations were made by either Tatyana Arefina, Tomiko Ito, Naotoshi Kuhara, Hiroyuki Nishimoto, or Tokao Nozaki (see IKIP TRICHOPTERA REPORT).
