The Washington Birds Breeding Phenology Project

The Breeding phenology project addresses the effect of seasonal environmental factors on the nesting success of Washington birds.

Exhibits

A small portion of the Ornithology collection is on display in the Burke Museum galleries.

Education study kits

Bird-related study kits available for classroom use through the Burke Museum's Education department include: "Bird Identification," "Bills and Claws," "Owls," and "Local Birds."

Specimen loans

Objects from the Ornithology Collections may be loaned to qualified researchers contact Rob Faucett, Collections Manager for loan policies and requests.
