The Burke Offers Native Arts Workshops

Seattle -- The Burke Museum's Native American Arts Workshops are offered monthly from December 2002 through May 2003, and provide an exceptional opportunity to work closely with an accomplished Native artist while learning the basic skills to create your own unique piece of art. New workshops are being developed and include carving, drum-making, and basketry. Up-to-the-minute schedule information is available on the Burke website at www.burkemuseum.org/calendar.html. All workshops take place at the Burke Museum.
