Add to Calendar Burke Classroom
Fri., Mar. 9, 2012 | 5 – 7 pm
A free benefit of membership

In the wake of the popularity of the book and film series, the Quileute people have found themselves thrust into the global spotlight. To counter the misrepresentations and set the record straight, the Tribe and Burke Museum Curator of Native American Ethnology, Deana Dartt-Newton, developed a rich resource, the Truth versus Twilight  website. Enjoy light refreshments and learn about Dr. Dartt-Newton’s collaboration with the Quileute Tribe and their efforts to inform the public about real Quileute culture.

FREE event, exclusively for Burke members. Not a member? Join today!

Space is limited, RSVP now!

Truth versus Twilight is a collaboration between the Burke Museum and the Quileute Tribe.
