Free Teacher Workshop

Join KCTS 9 QUEST Northwest and The Burke Museum for a free teacher workshop that will examine earthquakes in the Pacific Northwest. Special guest speaker will be Dr. Bill Steele, Seismology Lab Coordinator for the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network (PNSN).

The workshop will include earthquake-related activities to use in the classroom and a discussion with Dr. Bill Steele about earthquakes in the Pacific Northwest. KCTS will also introduce the QUEST website as a multimedia resource for science educators.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided. Clock hours are free with registration.
